Fighter Withdrawing Process
A lot of time, work, and money goes into producing our kickboxing events. Inevitably, there is someone that gets hurt while training for a fight – it happens! If you get injured, it is you and/or your coaches responsibility to contact us right away to make us aware of the situation. If you have to pull out of the fight because of your injury, we ask that you supply us with a doctors report and any supporting medical information showing us your injury. Failure to provide this information will prevent you from being considered for any future events.
If you received any tickets for presale, we expect you to overnight them to us within 24 hours of your withdrawal. You are required to send the tickets back to us via certified US mail. If you send your tickets back using standard mail and they get lost during delivery, you will be held liable for the full value of each ticket. And, you will be suspended indefinitely from competing in the State of NC until we receive the full value of the tickets.
If you decide to pull out of a fight two (2) weeks before show time and do not have a serious medical issue that prevents you from competing, you will not be considered for future events.
Please do not register for an event if you are not 100% sure you will compete!
